Do you accept credit cards?

Yes! We accept all major credit card brands. We DO NOT accept any prepaid gift cards.

What are your hours?

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including all weekends and holidays.

Can I request a specific taxi driver?

Definitely! When you call, just let the dispatcher know the drivers' name or vehicle number. We will always respect a request for a specific driver, as long as the driver is available at the time of the request.

I have more than four passengers. What are my options?

6 can ride for the price of 1. You can request a van which fit a maximum of six passengers.

Do you provide car seats?

Yes. However, we have a limited number of car seats that can be reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis. In the event car seats are unavailable, you can bring your own and we can store your car seat until your return.

in What areas do you provide taxi service?

We service the following Alameda County and Contra Costa County cities: Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Ramon, Danville, Blackhawk, Alamo, Walnut Creek, Concord and Sunol. We can take you wherever you need to go from these cities, and we provide both drop off and pick up service from SFO, OAK, and SJC airports.

Do you also pick up from the airport? Is there an extra charge?

Yes. We can pick you up on your return trip. There are no extra fees associated with getting picked up from the airport.

Do you have a lost and found?

If you believe you left something in one of our taxis, please send us an email with a description of your lost item and a contact number. If we are able to locate your item, we will contact you immediately.
